Our ProgramsWhat we do

Angel Program (Rapid Response Team)

Our staff enters the hospital when substance use is suspected in any capacity. We speak to the individuals about resources and recovery. To date we have a 65% success rate of getting these individuals into some type of treatment program.

Department of Community Based Services Partnership

We work closely with our local DCBS office. 95% of case plans in Clark are substance use related. We are put on case plans and referred to the individuals who are trying to attain long term sobriety

Syringe Exchange Program

During the syringe exchange program by the The Clark County Health Department, our peer support specialists attend every Friday to hygiene items to the participants in order to gain trust. We help with all resources including inpatient, MAT, IOP, counseling, transportation, clothing, housing, etc.
